About us

My name is Lisa Mason and I am mum to Hamish, age three, and Archie, ten months.

That's Not My Tractor...

Ever since Hamish was old enough to hold a book our house has been full of them! Although we have built up a wide variety of books in our home library, Hamish soon developed a passion for Usborne's Touchy-Feely series ». Our first Usborne book was That's Not My Tractor » and we haven't stopped acquiring them since!.

In the past three years we have enjoyed a range of Usborne books and whatever Hamish has had an interest in Usborne has frequently come up with a fun and exciting book to complement his interests. From tractors, diggers and fire engines through to learning about wildlife such as caterpillars and butterflies we've read them all. Usborne came up trumps Archie was born too and we read Hamish one of Usborne's First Experiences series, 'The New Baby'.

Now as a mum of two I've decided not to return to work but I could still do with a little extra spending money! With a family love of books and discovering Usborne Books at Home, it seems a perfect way for me to work from home earning money whilst caring for my family.

For more information on how you too can choose to work from home and become an Usborne Organiser email recruitment@growingreaders.co.uk or visit the team page to find out who is already with us.
